Buyer Information
The buyer is the customer who places an order on www.pawtra.net and provides their name, surname, address, phone number, and email address at the time of ordering.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement governs the sale, delivery, payment terms, cancellation, and return of products ordered electronically by the buyer through www.pawtra.net, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties.
3. Product and Order Information
The name, quantity, sale price, payment method, delivery address, and shipping details of the purchased product are displayed and confirmed by the buyer on the order confirmation screen. By completing the order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the product information, price, and terms of sale.
4. Payment
Payments are collected through secure payment methods provided on our website. Payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment infrastructure providers.
5. Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and shipped to the delivery address specified by the buyer at the time of ordering. Delivery time may vary depending on the product preparation status, shipping carrier, destination country, and customs processes.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of product delivery, under the conditions specified by applicable legislation. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
7. Personalized Products
For products specially prepared and personalized at the buyer's request — including those containing a name, photo, custom design, or custom measurements — cancellation and returns may not be accepted once production has begun. However, if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or different from the order details, our customer support team will carry out the necessary review and provide an appropriate solution.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the product is sent damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly, the buyer must contact us as soon as possible after delivery at pawtraofficial@gmail.com. A product photo, package photo, and order number may be requested for review.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes between the parties, applicable consumer protection legislation shall apply. The buyer may apply to the relevant consumer arbitration committees or competent authorities within the scope of their legal rights.
10. Entry into Force
By completing their order, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
