💯 We want you to love your portrait. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

Custom Orders

Because every portrait is custom-made for your pet, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. However, if there is a print quality issue or damage during shipping, we will replace your order at no cost.

Replacements & Reprints

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:
• The product arrives damaged
• There is a printing error on our part
• The product is significantly different from what was ordered

How to Request

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lumenofficial3@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it within 48 hours.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
