For best results, please send a clear JPG or PNG photo. We recommend at least 1 MB and a maximum file size of 10 MB.
Shipping & Delivery
- United States: 5–8 business days after production
- Canada & United Kingdom: 7–12 business days after production
- Europe: 8–14 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 10–18 business days after production
Custom portrait orders move into production after the digital preview is approved or after the order details are confirmed.
