2. Custom Production All portraits are custom-made after your order is placed. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment Full payment is collected at the time of purchase. Secure payment processing is provided by Shopify Payments.

5. Photo Rights By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that image. Pawtra will use your photo solely for portrait production and will delete it after fulfillment.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on Pawtra are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Product Descriptions Colors in product images may vary depending on your screen settings. This does not constitute grounds for a return.

8. Delivery Delivery times are estimates only. Pawtra is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.
