All portraits are produced and shipped worldwide through our fulfillment partner.

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• USA: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–28 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Important Notes:

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Customs fees and local carrier delays are outside of Pawtra's control.
• During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) delivery times may be longer.
• Packages returned due to incorrect address information are the customer's responsibility.
