What is Pawtra?

Pawtra creates personalized pet portraits and photo canvases. You choose a design, send your pet photo, add an optional name, and we prepare the artwork for premium canvas printing.

What photo should I send?

Please send a clear, bright, front-facing photo where your pet's face is visible. JPG or PNG files are accepted. For the best result, we recommend at least 1 MB and a maximum file size of 10 MB.

Can I use a phone photo?

Yes. Phone photos usually work well as long as they are clear, not blurry, and taken in good lighting.

Will I see a preview before printing?

Yes. For custom portrait products, we prepare a digital preview before printing. Production starts after the preview is approved or after the order details are confirmed.

When does delivery time start?

Delivery timing starts after your preview is approved and production begins. Production usually takes 3–5 business days. After production, estimated shipping is 5–8 business days for the USA, 7–12 business days for Canada and the UK, 8–14 business days for Europe, and 10–18 business days for the rest of the world.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Because Pawtra products are personalized, cancellations are not possible after the preview is approved or production begins.

Can I return a personalized order?

Personalized products cannot be returned for change of mind after approval or production. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, contact us and we will help with a reprint, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
