RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Pawtra, every portrait is custom-made just for your pet. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Eligible for Refund:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Item never arrived (after 30 days)

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Change of mind after order is placed
• Incorrect pet photo submitted by customer
• Minor color variations due to screen differences

How to Request: Email us at pawtraofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
