What happens after ordering?
We review the submitted photo and order details. For artwork products, a watermarked preview is prepared for your approval. Nothing moves into production before you approve it.
Photo requirements
Use the clearest original photo available. Natural light, sharp eyes, visible ears, and an eye-level angle usually provide the strongest starting point. We ask for another image when a submitted photo is not suitable.
Revisions and timing
Three revision rounds are included with eligible artwork orders. Additional revision rounds are $1 each. Canvas production typically takes 3-5 business days after artwork approval.
Shipping and damage
Tracked delivery is available to supported international destinations and shipping is calculated at checkout. Visible delivery damage should be reported within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
