Product Information

Pawtra sells personalized pet portraits, custom canvas products, and photo canvas products. Product details, prices, sizes, and estimated delivery information are shown on the relevant product pages.

Order Approval and Production

For custom portrait products, production begins after the digital preview is approved or the order details are confirmed. Delivery estimates start after production begins.

Right of Withdrawal and Personalized Products

Because Pawtra products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after the digital preview is approved or production has started. This does not affect the customer's right to receive help if the item is damaged, incorrect, defective, or does not match the approved preview.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. After preview approval or production start, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of the product.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact pawtraofficial@gmail.com with the order number and clear photos. Pawtra may offer a reprint, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping

Estimated shipping times vary by destination. Customs duties, import fees, or additional charges on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
